This place is in a nice location, just st. The apartments are decent, but there needs to be much improvement in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Lots of baby cockroaches in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Air conditioning not working, quite warm. After receiving resentment, they sent people to check it quickly. But it happened again after that. Wifi is very weak and unstable, zoom calls and gmail keep dropping or not connecting at all. There is only one access card provided, which is unsuitable if two guests are staying. When one person needs permission to leave the car, another person must follow as the vehicle will need card access to exit. Shower handle not functioning. Good thing the prices here are fairly reasonable. And great location.

Overall, it is kidfriendly, affordable, and hasslefree. There are nice restaurants and bistros close by. Youll need to drive, as with any location in kl, to get there.

The location is very strategic with a variety of food on the ground floor. Love that i dont have to drive out in the traffic to find good food. Another plus is that this place is pet friendly! Cons the drainage in bathroom smells bad sometimes, but not that it bothers me too much because ive only there to bathe. P/S would have been better if there was tv with full length mirrors in it.

The best views of kl mountains on the backdrop, towers on front view and the city at the bottom. Go to 42 stories for a view of the pool, gym and scenery. Cons the kitchen and bathroom smells - ive heard that all apartments have the same problem. Air conditioning needs to be fixed.

This is my fourth time staying here and i will definitely be back. The owner is friendly. Great unit with good view and good hygiene.

The only drawback is the noisy air conditioning. Everything is excellent, except for the annoying air conditioner.

This place is truly delightful. Although there are some issues, such as the bathroom odor and one of the flashing lights, it was excellent aside from that. The rooms, including the bedroom, kitchen, and living area, were impeccably clean and roomy. Overall, the design was exceptionally pleasant. It is difficult to find such a hidden gem of sand, yet the price for such an exceptional location in the heart of town is simply amazing.

I booked a room here for 2 nights. The facilities are new and well maintained, so its still new. Security seems good here, the guard is always on the watch making sure guests check in. 5 lifts in e buildings are comfy, waiting time is cut short by many. There are also several restaurants downstairs. Personally, i like that it is located at the opposite end of the rather busy and packed ss 2 and not too far away, making it easy to reach great restaurants in this area.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay, with favourable surroundings and incredibly cool swimming pools. Additionally, guests can enjoy the sight of kl tower and its impressive clcc. Overall, it is rated as achieving optimum overall experience.
