非常に綺麗で豪華な部屋で快適でした。チェックインについても、早めに到着して荷物を無料預かりで宿泊部屋に送って頂けたのは非常に有り難かったです。what's upアプリでのやりとりも初めてでしたが、日本のLINE相当で安心してやりとり出来ました。また、クアラルンプールに行く機会があれば、宿泊してみたいと思います。

Beautiful hotel and host was great. Amazing views of the Towers. Best infinity pool and the view was absolutely stunning. We were able to walk to the Pavillion and the Petronas Towers. Would definitely book again.

Mr Shohedul who liaise with us throughout our stay was very helpful, ensure all our requests are handle. He’s a very friendly, punctual and committed to his work. The apartment was within our expectation.

We absolutely loved the room we were given. The view was excellent, especially the view of the Petronas Towers. The assistant who gave us the keys and explained the Wi-Fi and all the apartment details was very attentive, polite, and helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

Splendid stay, could not be better! Everything about this stay was wonderful. Check-in was incredibly smooth just received the card and moved right in. The team was very helpful, direct, and upfront with all information and directions, which made everything easy and stress-free. They were also proactive in asking if we needed anything additional, which was much appreciated. The location is excellent, with great facilities throughout the building. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely stunning. The pool and open area on the 51st floor are amazing a perfect spot to enjoy the city skyline and take beautiful photos. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is closed to Conlay station. It takes 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. Many thanks for his help. We enjoy staying at Eaton Residences.

It was nice, not the cleanest but still nice for what we paid for. The pool was packed with selfie sticks and photos shoots so couldn’t enjoy a swim.

The room was well appointed except it did not have iron or board. After some initial confusion at check in the stay was pleasant. Features of the building, although not utilised, were great.

To be fair, the view is great, the staff are very nice and helpful. However, the 3-bedroom apartment that we stayed the condition is old and a bit dirty, we found 2 live cockroaches in the bathrooms during our stay. The lift waiting time is terrible, I will not suggest to stay here during long weekend holiday as u will be stuck in the lift lobby for the longest time !

We were very pleased with the room, amenities, and location. The rooftop pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was severely lacking. After cleaning, the staff left our room unlocked and wide open, and it stayed that way for hours until we discovered it upon our return in the evening. Despite an apology from management, this serious lapse in security left us unable to feel comfortable with further housekeeping visits.
