Overall, its a good deal based on the price and location. Expect quality from a onestar hotel. There is only one positive aspect, a hair dryer is installed. The room was very damp, be sure to ask for towels during checkin.

The room is small but clean.

Its not a luxury hotel, to be honest with God. A modest and comfortable bed was next to a bathroom with a wallmounted tv. However, the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to book in at 2 am with a smile on their faces. They have a lift for all three levels of their building, and the facilities in our room worked well and were all clean. Not to mention, the new town hotel is only a 5minute walk from sunway pyramid shopping mall. For $28 sgd, we were quite happy with the new town hotel.

Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun. Karena ruangannya kecil, perlengkapannya kurang bagus dan toiletnya kurang bersih. Hal lain yang tidak dapat diterima adalah sangat bising. Karena ada bar di sebelah, kebisingan tidak berhenti sampai jam 40 pagi. Jadi saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam dan itu sangat menyedihkan. Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun dan saya tidak akan kembali ke hotel ini. Disarankan mencari hotel lain, masih ada hotel lain di kawasan ini. Terima kasih.

The room is average for a budget hotel. Near sunway pyramid mall. Just passing through from the sunway pyramid hotel lobby. And most importantly, the staff was very friendly. They helped me book a taxi to airport am.

Hanya saja foto gedungnya tidak jauh dari hotel. Tidak terlihat sama sekali. Susah untuk tidur, musik terlalu keras di malam hari. Sunway Lagoon Park di sebelahnya.
