Strictly no more partying, loud music, or shouting that may cause nuisance or annoyance to other residents before 9.00 AM and after 9.00 PM.

The Deposit RM 200 shall be refund after check out 3 working days, with unit condition everything is in good condition.
Please wash the kitchenettes (Frying pan) and cutlery (Plate, bowl, cup, spoon & fork) after you’ve cook and eaten. Please throw away the refuse at the dedicated Refuse room situated in the unit. A penalty of RM 100 will be deducted from your deposit if any leftover dirty kitchenettes and cutlery are left unwashed
Penalty RM 100 will be deducted from your deposit if we found evidence of you smoking inside the premises.
If there are any loss or damages caused to the property, you will incur a charge of up to RM800 (subject to full evaluation of the repair costs ).
Late check out is not allowed if there is a booking on next day.
Late return of room key is considered late check out
Please take care of the cleanliness of our property and follow the house rules! As we don’t want to put our staff & kakak (cleaner) down as need to clean so many things, we just want to make your life and our staff easier!
Strictly do not move our furniture & beds. It is not easy to do interior design.

If there is any inappropriate behavior or complaints, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately with no refund.
Please return all access cards as per instructions. Any stolen, damaged or missing key and access card will incur a charge of RM100 per item.
Before Check in , the guest shall pay the Deposit RM 200 per check in. (will inform thru WhatsApp)
No pets are allowed as some guests may have pet allergies.
Go Green, save our Mama Earth! Switch off all the lights & air conditioner if you are not using them.
Please ensure the door is locked and shoes put inside the premise, to keep you and your personal belongings safe. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings
Children must under adult’s supervision at all times. We will not be responsible for any injury or death that occurs to guests. Please take care of yourself and your lovely children.

Strictly no smoking inside the premises & no shoes in the unit.
If there are excessive dirtiness & stains (blood, food stain & etc) on our towels & linens, the guest will be charged accordingly, and the towels & linens will not be used on the next guest
