In october, my spouse and i spent seven days at the rare heritage house. The front desk personnel was consistently courteous and welcoming. The hotel is a cool, quirky place to stay overall, and it was spotless. The hotel has water dispensers throughout, which are always useful and encourage plastic recycling. The room has a kettle and a fridge. The loft room we stayed in was really adorable and had a lovely, cozy, and romantic vibe, but be aware that the stairs are not suitable for everyone. The hotel is in a great position, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The hotels only negative aspect is that the rooms can be a little noisy because it is an old structure, the sound insulation isnt the best. During our stay, there were workmen renovating the building next door, which added to the noise, but this is not a major issue and shouldnt be an ongoing issue. In general, we had a great time.

To begin with the positives, the hotel is in a prime location, close to most wellknown locations in penang and the Georgetown ferry station. The rooms are immaculate, and two of the front desk staff members were extremely amiable. The boy and the girl wearing the hijab were both extremely grumpy and didnt even welcome you when you first entered the hotel. The drawbacks are that the rooms lack windows, giving the impression that you are in a prison. The bed room is upstairs, and climbing it up and down to access the washroom is not ideal.

The cleanliness of the rooms is good, and the facilities are functional. However, the soundproofing could be improved, as this is a heritage site. Overall, its a pleasant place, conveniently located near everything and within walking distance.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The interior design is good and the colors are beautiful. The only problem is the soundproofing because my room is next to the road, so i recommend you bring earplugs. Other than that, its a decent place to stay in penang, Georgetown, and penang.

This place is in an old shop house where you can see how deep they go. We had a spacious duplex that was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable bed, and effort was made to give the room an industrial loft feel. The front desk was friendly and helpful when we came exhausted from 8 hours of struggle at the airport with cancelled flights. This is amazing value for money!.

The stay was very comfortable and i am grateful for being hosted. The interior design was beautiful and the cleanliness was 10/10. I would recommend it and come back if i ever find myself in the city of georgia.

It would enhance the guest experience by providing at least two to three additional parking slots on a firstcome, firstserved basis, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of onsite parking without any hassle. In conclusion, this rare heritage house stay offers a truly charming retreat in exclusive rooms. With attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, this is a destination where every detail is thoughtfully considered and valued.

I got the loft suite. The grounds are nice and the hotel is quiet. There is a deposit of 100 rm but the staff is nice. The water is plenty with the water coolers and the water is plentiful.
