Always my choice in Johor, consistently very good and very well maintained. Shopping mall attached to the complex has grown the amount of outlets now offering services, basically all your needs are met here. Great gym + pool on site A+++

Stayed at RF on the 23rd floor with a beautiful bay view. The scenery was truly relaxing, especially with the wide open view from the room. The space was comfortable, clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. Definitely a lovely experience and worth recommending.

Frequent this property. During the last stay, we met with some unforeseen with the check in. However, the service staff (Mr. Yang and his Team) were quick and sincere to mitigate the unpleasant experience. Such service is highly appreciated and as a model for the industry. Thank you to them.

Great view, great facilities overall, comfortable and clean apartment, friendly, helpful, and responsive staff, and great location. Would stay there again. Only minor negative was that only 2 bath towels were supplied, with no hand towels or face cloths.

We are upgraded with a balcony and beautiful view. The unit is very clean with great facilities and amenities. This is really one amazing unit that provides free parking. I think it will be benefiting to guests if there is a mirror in the bedroom or living room and some hooks at the bathroom. Thank you for the great communication 🙏

Clean and spacious apartment. Amazing sea view at the causeway! It’s a 50 storey building and we were staying at the 48th floor. Convenient and walkable to R&F mall across. Host is responsive and helpful. Down side is that toilet is a little small and there are no rack or hook around to dry towels and to put clothes.

View was awesome and comes with 4 rooms, each with double beds. 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom are nicely equipped and clean. One downside was only one keycard to get in and out of the property and have to be together as a family.
