The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city.

5-8 Feb 2026 - This hotel should not be rated as 4 stars but 3 stars. Bad - Not a spanking looking room but very average. No hot water for the first 2 days. Shower handle was leaking causing the floor to get very wet. Only 1 power point was found in the entire room. Everyone complains about waiting long for the lifts (only 4 lifts for a 53-storey high building) Good - Reception was friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel has a watsapp chat to communicate with you. Very prompt and they gave helpful information for check in and check out. Good location - less than 5 minutes drive to Little India and walking distance to Nu Sentral.

We stayed for a full and the location of the place is nice. The room was clean and the coworking space was nice as well. The problem is with the service. First, there was an alarm going off on our floor. When I texted them to go check it out, the response was that they couldn’t leave the front desk. Secondly, I was making an exam in the room which was being recorded. During the exam I am not allowed to communicate with anyone. Nonetheless, the person at the front desk thought it was necessary to try to call me exactly 12 times, because my neighbor had problems with the wifi that we share??. The recording of my exam was being disrupted, and led to a formal review. Unacceptable!

Turis Indonesia jangan pilih Hotel ini !!!!! Awal chek in wanita berkerudung skip checkin padahal sebelumnya dia chek in tamu lain dan saya di lempar ke staff laki laki Saya bilang ini liburan special saya dan saya req mendapatkan kamar dengan lemari, sesuai dengan Poto yang ada di tiket.com Kenyataan nya saya tidak mendapatkan kamar yang ada di Poto. Jika semua kategorinya berbeda kenapa Poto yang terpampang sama meskipun jenis kamar yang berbeda, Petugas tidak menginfokan wifi dan saya harus kembali dari lantai atas untuk hanya ke lobby meminta pasword wifi, Krn wifi tidak tersedia di lobby dan di area hanya ada di kamar saya. Lift ada 4 dan sangat panas untuk ukuran lobby dimana orang hilir masuk lift sangat lama dan panas untuk menunggu lift turun Hanya 2 jam saya saya tidak merasa nyaman untuk tinggal di akomodasi ini, Dan saya memutuskan untuk meminta refund Krn tidak sesuai dengan keterangan mendapatkan kamar suite yang di janjikan di aplikasi, tapi staff nya tidak ramah, boro boro minta maaf dan tidak ada itikad baik untuk membuat saya stay Dan staff nya tidak ingin merefund katanya ketentuan yang dibuat oleh management. Artinya menegement nya hanya ingin mengambil keuntungan semata. Otomatis ketika saya chek put saya kembalikan kunci untuk di kembalikan deposit, tapi 2 hari kemudian staff laki laki nya kontak saya menanyakan kunci lagi. SDH tidak ramah masih aja berpikir saya ambil kunci kamar, Ketika saya complain ke tiketcom Dengan level saya diamond member katanya saya mendapatkan prioritas pelayanan tapi nyatanya tidak lah demikian, percuma saya mendapatkan lever tertinggi tapi CS tiket.com tidak bisa menfasilitasi refund saya. Sangat di sesalkan liburan special ultah saya ini dengan pelayanan kedua pihak, dari hotel dan aplikasi ini tidak memberikan solusi untuk saya Alhasil saya membooking hotel lain dan membayar double untuk akomodasi Hotel ini bukan di manage oleh pekerja hotel, tidak hospitality dan tidak mencerminkan staff hotel yang memberikan pelayanan, ini apartemen yang di sewa sewakan seperti airBNB tapi pakai tiket.com JANGAN DAN TIDAK REKOMENDASI UNTUK STAY SANGAT JELEK PELAYANAN DAN FASILITAS NYA SEKIAN
