- Smoking is strictly prohibited
- No pork is allowed in the premises
- Durians are strictly out of bound
- Pets of any kind are not allowed to be brought in and kept in the premises
- Shoes are not allowed in the house, as house slippers are provided for
- Towels are not provided
- Please do not apply any cleaning agent/detergent to clean our granite counter tops, as it will spoil them! Just use water and a clean cloth.
A full copy of our house rules are available on site. Please ensure that you read, fully understand and comply to the house rules as this helps us keep the home in pristine condition.
A security deposit of RM500 cash is required to be deposited with the host when the guest checks in, and the said sum will be returned to the guest upon checking out, when the house and all the properties therein are returned to the host in the same conditions as those which have been found when the guest checked in, and without breach of any of the house rules.
