Access Card: Upon checkout, please return the access card to the mailbox and send us a picture of it for verification.
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:
Check-in and Security Deposit: Please provide us with a photo of your Passport/IC before check-in. A security deposit is also required, which will be refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our property and appreciate your cooperation in following these rules.
No smoking and pets allowed: We have a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of RM100.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Before you leave, kindly ensure that you have washed and cleaned all dishes and kitchenware, disposed of all rubbish in the bin next to the garage, turned off all electronics and locked all doors.
