Spacious House in Desaru

Remember to Switch Off all electricals and Lock all Windows each time when you leave the house, and follow all house rules as stated as below:

1. After check in, if you found anything item damage or not working in good condition please take a picture and inform us immediately.

2. Before check-out, please place all equipment back to their original position after use. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture. If any furniture is moved or damaged, an additional RM100 service fee will be charged.

3. Before check out, please throw all the rubbish into the dustbin provided. If you need more rubbish bag, kindly get from the kitchen’s drawer.

4. Before check out, please switch off all the electrical and ensure the door locked.

5. Please slow down the noise after 11pm to avoid any interruption to other residents. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

6. Kindly use the water pipe clean up the BBQ pit at the patio after used and please place back to the original place where you collected it from the Utility Room.

7. Please do not leftover any foods and beverages in the fridge / house / patio to avoid insects or mice.

8. Clean all utensils in the kitchen and dining room before after used to avoid insects or mice.

9. Parties and events are not allowed. If extra cleaning or manpower is needed, an additional RM100 fee will be charged.

10. A damage deposit of RM500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as online payment to the host. You should be reimbursed on check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

11. Please turn off the electrical like aircond, light & fan when not in use or living the house to save energy.

12. No smoking in the house. Only outside the house or balcony with closed door. If smoking occurred during your stay, RM500 will be charge as cleaning fee.

13. Kindly place your shoes at the entrance and please do not wear the shoes and walking around in the house.
