Its been more than a decade since i first arrived in penang. Travelers typically choose hotels, but this homestay should be considered if you are traveling with families or just naive people. The location is ideal, and the host is incredibly kind and understanding. It is definitely worth considering, especially compared to visiting penengs heritage culture.

Will most definitely return on our next trip back to George Town! Fantastic stay for a complete immersive cultural experience on the straits. The atmosphere is authentic hokkien sway. I particularly enjoy the attic tea place, where one can freely gaze out over the water.

This place is the ideal choice if you want to experience the true essence of penang and the Straits culture. It has a long, rich history that has been meticulously constructed to provide you with realism and modern day comfort. Situated in the center of the George town, just stepping away from the wellknown wall arts, clan jetties, traditional Chinese clan houses, and indian and malay temples. Enjoy countless local and international cuisine all day long. The upper level comfortably accommodates four people, while the roof is ideal for ending the day with an iced beer or local drink.

This place is wonderful and i will definitely return! A pleasant location to experience the local and regional aspects of china during the 2022 chinese new year. I enjoy the air well area, which is where ive most enjoyed the ground floor, as well as the owners enthusiasm for embracing the culture and antiques found in every piece of furniture and decor she has collected here. The best part is listening to the water fountains rhythm with a cup of coffee in the morning. On the second floor are two single beds and one kingsize bed for families of four. Its nice to have four friends stay over as guests. Local cuisine, excellent restaurants, bread and cakes, and cafes are all conveniently located nearby. Everything is within walking distance.
