1. Guest Count and Condo Rules
This Studio Room max fit for 4 persons to stay (Included Children)
Extra guests are not allowed, and penalties will apply.
If any rules are violated and reported by condo security, management may issue a RM500 fine to the owner or, in serious cases, request us to stop operating. Any fine will be fully charged to the guest responsible.
2. Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM200 will be collected before check-in via bank transfer.
The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to no damage or missing items.
3. Self Check-In
This is a homestay with no reception counter.
Guests are required to collect the access card at the mail box area.
4. Same-Day Booking
For same-day reservations, check-in may be arranged after 5pm.
If this affects your schedule, please contact us first.
5. No Luggage Storage
For safety reasons, we cannot store luggage or accept unattended bags before check-in or after check-out.
Please plan your schedule accordingly
6. Non-Smoking Room
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the balcony. A RM300 fine will apply if the room smells of smoke upon departure.
7. Lost Access Card / Key
A RM200 fine will be charged for any lost key or access card.
8. No Parties or Gatherings
Any parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a RM300 fine.
9. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted inside the unit.
10. Garbage Disposal
Please wash all dishes and keep the kitchen clean after each use. Dispose of garbage daily in the designated garbage room outside to avoid attracting cockroach or insects.
11. Energy Conservation
Please turn off air conditioning, water heater, tap water, TV, and other electrical items when not in use to help save the planet.
