If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. Allow Smoking. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. No undefined. 🚭 Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and cigarette butts must be disposed off responsibly. If we have found that you smoked inside any part of the house such as bathrooms, bedrooms etc, there will be a Rm300 deep cleaning fee charged to you after you have checked out. 🛏️ Please do not leave any wet items such as towels and toiletries on the beds, tables or sofas. Please leave them on the cloth racks which are available in both bathrooms. If bedding and furniture are stained or made wet, it will affect the stay experience of our next guests. Please be responsible and considerate. 🌏 The climate crisis is real. You are highly encouraged to keep aircon temperatures at 25 Deg Celsius which is good for you and our planet. Please help to reduce the use of plastics, water and electricity wherever possible. Kindly ensure to turn off taps, showers, and all appliances such as aircons, lights and fans when not in use. 🐈🦮 Please ensure pets are leashed and kept at a safe distance from other residents at all times when in public spaces of the property such as swimming pool area and lifts. Inside The Jb House, please keep them off the beds and sofas. Be responsible and clean up after your pet. There will be charges imposed to any damaged property. 🧹 Kindly return The Jb House to us the way you received it - clean and tidy. We do not charge guests a cleaning fee because we only host responsible guests who deserve 5 star reviews.
