Welcome to The Stay House Ipoh! We hope you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Kindly follow these house rules to help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests.

1. Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
2. Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.
3. No Smoking inside the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
4. No Pets are allowed unless approved in advance.
5. No Parties or Events without prior permission.
6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum.
7. Switch Off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electrical appliances when leaving the house.
8. Keep the House Clean and dispose of rubbish in the provided bins.
9. Do Not Damage furniture, decorations, or appliances. Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage.
10. No Illegal Activities are permitted on the property.
11. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless registered.
12. Lock All Doors and Windows whenever you leave the property.
13. Please use water and electricity responsibly.
14. If you experience any problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
