If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. Allow Smoking. Allow Events or Parties. Allow Children. A security deposit Rm. 200 will be collected at our house during check-in and refunded in full at check-out after we have checked for any damages and/or breakages during the stay. 2. Check-in time is at 3pm onwards and check-out time is at 12pm. 3. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out as follows: • Before 1 pm (F.o.c) • Before 4 pm – (1 bedroom: Rm40, 2 bedroom /3 bedroom: Rm60, 4 bedroom: Rm 80) • Before 6 pm – (1 bedroom: Rm60, 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom: Rm80, 4 bedroom: Rm 100) • After 6 pm – full day charge 4. For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges. 5. In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the apartments during their stay. All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 7 am. 6. The following activities / consumption are not allowed inside the homestay premises: • Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia 7. No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation. 8. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the house will result in penalty of RM200. 9. No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of Rm50 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor. 10. Any illegal activities & vandalism in the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department. 11. Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulations set by the Building Management; guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities. • Any damages and or stealing of any equipment and items will attract a replacement fee. 12.
