I guess this building is mostly filled with airbnbs. Our twobedroom apartment is very nice. Clean, spacious and fully furnished. Large balcony area with beautiful views of the merdeka 118. Convenient location, mrt station within 5 minutes walk. There is a bistro and a convenient store downstairs.

The host provided excellent service. The room features two spacious double beds, which are both comfortable and comfortable. It also features a large living area, kitchen area, and washing machine. The pool is long and serene, making it ideal for those seeking a rejuvenating moment to unwind. Accessing each floor requires an access card. The pool, gym, and surau are all available, and they are open until 10 p. M., although its not too deep. Additionally, its conveniently located near sunway velocity mall and the mrt, making it convenient for public transportation and sight seeing.

Apartemennya sendiri sangat bagus. Di lantai 40, pemandangan luar jendela sangat indah. Luas dan nyaman. Namun, MOKA adalah perusahaan yang buruk. Mereka membuat kedatangan dan keberangkatan senyaman mungkin. Pada hari kedatangan.

This place has a good location in the heart of the city. Its also perfect for people who want to visit the city during their transit. Sunway velocity is also next door and has a variety of local and international food and shopping.

Overall, i would recommend and return. I will start with the negatives. Ants inside the apartment are everywhere, smells from the bathroom. There is only one set of keys. You need keys everywhere to enter, go up, and go down, except for the ground floor, so it was very difficult for my husband to coordinate. Another set would make it much easier. The kitchen has limited appliances, but it is enough to cook breakfast and dinner at home. I would like to have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The 40 st floor. Nice swimming pool, very small and limited playground, very nice gym and sky garden. The washer and dryer are very comfortable, with enough washing powder for all our loads. The location is good. There is a mall across the street where you can find everything and another mall on the other side. Park 12 minutes walk away, but it is not pleasant to walk on the streets or cross the road. It was always a challenge to cross the road.

The location is good, with the mall within walking distance. However, the ramp design in the parking lot is quite bad. If you are driving a large car or a long 4-wheel, you might need to reconsider, as the entrance to the basement is very narrow and has a 90 degree sharp angle against the wall.

Setelah menginap di banyak kamar, baru kali ini saya menemukan tidak ada piring, sendok atau semacamnya. Setelah membayar biaya kebersihan, tamu tetap diminta untuk membuang sampahnya sendiri.

The unit i stayed in was managed by maya. Very clean and the response from their onsite team was great! However, it would be much better if they provided washing powder and cooking essentials. Great location. Just a few minutes from mrt maluri, aeon mall and lrt maluri.

Saya menginap selama 4 malam dan membayar harga yang sangat wajar. Pemandangan indah dari balkon dan hanya berjarak 10 menit dari kawasan Bukit Bintang. Dan sangat dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan besar terdekat, sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki.

Secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, hanya saja kartu aksesnya sering tidak bisa digunakan dari lantai parkir. Saya perlu menggunakan tangga. Hal ini sangat merepotkan jika mengajak keluarga menginap di sini karena hanya ada satu kartu akses untuk parkir dan lantai.
