All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. For each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation, a surcharge of EUR 35 per person per night applies. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm, is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of EUR GBP 200.
