Booking, Payment & Guests Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Tourist Fee As from 1 October 2025, a tourist fee of Eur 3 per person, per night applies to all guests aged 12 years and over, in accordance with Mauritian regulations. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate and is payable in euros upon check-in. For information on exemptions, please refer to the Mauritius Revenue Authority (Mra) website. Before Your Arrival To guarantee your booking and comply with tourist tax requirements, please send us before arrival: • a copy (photo or scan) of the passport or Id card of each guest; • your arrival and departure flight details (flight number and scheduled times). • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized overnight guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. Check-in & Check-out Check-in Flexible check-in. We will personally welcome you and hand over the keys. If your arrival is delayed, please let us know by sending us a message or giving us a call.
