Excellent stay. Travelled with family of 5 with young children. They go out of their way to warn about ongoing construction but this was a non-issue for us. Premises are clean. Full of amenities with all you need inside the unit. Staff is responsive. It is a beautiful oasis and very relaxing. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Everything went smooth. we had a full blown kitchen and 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. we had plenty of space and it felt exactly like home. we were able to go grocery shopping and cook as if we were at home. i would definitely recommend for couples and even solo travelers along with people with kids. The pool was always open and the food was good and fresh. We wished we stayed longer.

This place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for families and really conveniently close to the little downtown. Best bang for your buck. The property was very low key and great if you plan to do a lot of relaxing. Would highly recommend! 👍

Es un espacio muy acogedor. El personal fue sumamente amable. El departamento muy limpio y completamente equipado, ropa de cama y baño de buena calidad; así como los artículos de limpieza personal. Sin duda regresaría a ese lugar.

El lugar estuvo muy lindo muy limpio, todo impecable, la piscina alrededor los corredores, la comunicación del anfitrión en la recepción, todo muy detallado el condominio que me tocó muy excelente muy cómodo muy espacioso y sobre todo la amabilidad de la cortesía y un ambiente muy calmado, sin ruidos de nada y si regresaría nuevamente en un futuro, volvería a contratar y yo hospedarme en este mismo lugar muy lindo, mi familia y yo venimos súper encantados de este lugar y la persona de la recepción, el señor José, una paciencia y una amabilidad y muy respetuoso

I would say it’s a very nice place to stay if you like things private, and also very kid friendly! Honestly when you get here it makes you feel like you wants to live there! Lol. Very clean! Make sure to bring snacks or food. Past 9:00 you might have to travel 6-7 mins by ride or driving to grab something to eat, otherwise, great spot!

This a late review. My stay was from April 4-9 2026 with my 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son. Casa Nima by Lumina was an incredible place to stay and truly elevated our trip to Mexico. The property is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern comfort and local charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the stylish decor to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff stood out the most—they were warm, professional , attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and art district. Overall, Casa Nima offers a perfect mix of luxury and authenticity. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Enjoyed this spot immensely, the apartment was spacious, A/C worked well, all amenities listed are there and in working order. The property is huge, pools are very nice & there were so few people around it kind of feels like you're alone. Great if that's your thing, maybe a little spooky if not? lol The employees were all very helpful & kind. A few speak pretty fluent English if your Spanish is rusty. Only gripes are relatively small: We received a printed list of "rules" two pages long but no printed list of info about WiFi, where certain things are stored, where to take your trash bags, how to get out of the back gate, etc." re: back gate: the main exit by the garage I guess is fully manual or the sensors were broken & we had multiple issues trying to leave the property -- you can backtrack & get out the front gate but there were trucks blocking that route due to the construction a couple times. re: construction -- they do warn you about it but the banging starts earlier and ends later than what was stated. Didn't bother me personally at all but it might bother some. Oh yeah, they need chalk for the pool sticks! lol I blame all my losses on that. This property will be amazing when they get it where they want it but it was still wonderful as a "work in progress"

Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we checked in, to the day we checked out. We were assisted by Jose Camacho, who was super efficient and answered all of our questions. He even gave us recommendations as first timers in Cabo. Our experience was 10/10. Everything was clean and the kitchen as well as the private pool was a plus. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and plan to be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff that assisted, everyone including the residents were very friendly.

My stay was AMAZING for my birthday trip. We had the Penthouse with Private pool. Every thing was great. Came early to check-in and room was already available! Had 1 hiccup with our toilet leaking and staff came within 5 minutes to come fix.

Excelente opción, la propiedad tiene elevador lo cual agradezco mucho ya que tengo lesión en mi rodilla. Acabados de primer nivel, excelente ubicación y la piscina es hermosa. Es una gran opción de hospedaje.
