The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part.

Casa Wahh made for a perfect stay in Tulum. It is located in a gated community and feels very secure. It is also located near supermarkets and minimarkets, bike rentals, cafes and awesome restaurants. The way to the building is beautiful, especially at night. The unit itself was perfect for my daughter and I. It was very clean, well equipped and the private pool was fantastic and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds as well. The AC works perfectly and is very efficient. The exterior bath and shower were a definite plus for us. Only a few things are to be known, they did not affect our stay negatively, except for the last (flying ants): - there is no regular condo maintenance unless you pay an extra fee (it is written and made quite clear in the instructions, but it seems in some comments that some travelers are unaware that this is NOT a hotel); - you might cross paths with small scorpions (centruroides species, inoffensive but maybe scary for some), spiders (water spiders around or in the pool, small ones from the tarentula species in the condo) and of course lizards; - there seems to be a problem with flying ants appearing whenever it will rain or it rains (the room by the pool and the adjacent bathroom became invaded, bringing in other crawlers like spiders... a huge one came in the bathroom from under the door leading outside, I believe...). Still, overall, Casa Wahh exceeded our expectations for our first non all-inclusive stay in Mexico.

Apartment was great, rooms were spacious, everything was working, secured apartment building with gate security. A car is ideal as its not walking distance to the main road but there are some shops right outside of the complex like 7/11

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Wahh. Really nice property. The quiet was nice and so were the amenities. Really enjoy the upstairs area. Also liked that, it had security and felt safe. Be aware that there is not much in the immediate area. A person has to walk or find a way to get to anything around there. Might make sense to Rent a bike, but we didn’t do that . The community pool isn’t much to talk about. As others have mentioned, there is construction all around, but didn’t feel intrusive at all.

This was a beautiful place that was a great retreat! Enjoyed the private pool! Cabs to the beach were way overpriced for a short drive but Tulum is overpriced.

Muy buena ubicación 100% igual a como se ve en las fotos y con la sorpresa que puedes acceder a un spa del condominio donde tiene alberca, jacuzzi frio, jacuzzi caliente y sauna.

The place was amazing. Only about a 20-minute walk from Tulum Central if you like to walk. We spent five nights there, and our host, Anel, was immaculate. She helped us with everything we needed to make our trip a success.

This property was super cute and clean! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us get a new key for our apartment when we lost ours on a boat. They assisted us after hours without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great! No issues and the management communicated very well. There are mosquitos just be aware but everything was safe and great! Easy to find off of the beaten path and SAFE! We rented ATVs for the week and couldn't be happier!
