We had a great time at this great condo in my favorite city. The location is firsttoone and has everything youll want from a condo rental. Roger and his staff saw to our every need and wanted with kindness and efficiency. Already planning our trip back next year. We stayed in condo 305 and had a rooftop view that was first to none. Great value for what you get.

If you're seeking a relaxing, peaceful vacation, this is not the place to go! From the dance clubs a few blocks away with their constant booming beat until 4 a. M. And the beach bar front of the building with live music until 1 a. M. People looking for a quiet atmosphere will be very disappointed. In addition, with the adjacent street that faces the patios, the early morning clacking of air tanks being unloaded from the dive tours that begin on the beach adjacent, or the potable water trunk pumping its contents into the buildings, there doesn't appear to be a moment when you could truly declare that it was a quiet moment. On the plus side, the fantastic location is close to many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Amazing view of the Caribbean from every unit, despite the fact that the beach itself was nothing spectacular with lots of seaweed washed up daily, which was not characteristic of the beach itself. Regarding the units. We had the unfortunate opportunity to stay in three units 301, 302, and 303 during our 10-day stay due to an issue in our original booked unit upon arrival. All units were comfortable and reasonably equipped, but not without a few challenges. Missing toaster, shower head that could not shower with, air conditioning that wasn't working properly, bottom of cabinet that fell out, unwashed floor, etc. Do

We stayed in unit 105, which is just above the bar. And what a fun bar that is. People had the best time and we liked seeing it from our balcony. We went to bed right before midnight and had no problem with the noise level. Yes, you can hear them playing music outside, but it will not bother you unless you are very sensitive to noise. I thought it was well sound proof. Excellent wifi, hot water was on the spot men. It was like a ferrari heater and the pressure was great. I genuinely loved this unit and can't wait to return because we have already made plans. We were only a stone's throw from the beach and another to agenda quinoa. The location is so convenient even though the bar was just downstairs. I especially liked this because I felt like I was in the pool. Six of us agreed this was a great room and a perfect location.

It was a pleasure to go out with friends to Playa last weekend. It was a total of six of us. Stayed in unit 105, just above a lively bar that seems to be popular. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching everyone enjoying themselves. The music was never too loud for us, and we went to bed just before midnight. The room appears to be soundproof, but you can still hear a beat outside, but it wasnt enough to bother us even at the movies. The room is very spacious, highend, and beautiful, and there was a strong internet connection everywhere. I liked the kitchen. It had everything we could possibly need. It was pleasant to be located directly in front of the sea, only a short walk from the city center. The security informed him about his presence and made sure we were there. I particularly loved the balconys wonderful view. Use the pool next door, the riverside hotels are large and operate under the same management, perhaps we are already making plans to go back to corto males unit 105.

Great, roomy highend condo near the beach and yet only a block from the wellknown Ith Avenue, where youll find a lot of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, etc. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation! We got to enjoy the pleasant weather, walks on the beach, delicious meals, and fun evenings on Ith Avenue, among other things. Everything is close by, and it comes highly recommended!. The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that is very practical, a dining area, a living area, and a large terrace with views of both the ocean and the street that runs toward ith avenue. Because it is guarded and is wellsecure, parking is also incredibly convenient and right below the apartment. Overall, we were completely safe while we were there.
