Our stay was an amazing experience. From the staff, the decorations, ambiance, everything was excellent!! Julio Avila one of the concierge was extremely helpful, he went about and beyond to made our vacation an epic memories. He help us to book the beach clubs, restaurants and and the personal in gral was always available for any request we had. The housekeeper did our room services with lot of care and love, Juan Pablo from the restaurant also was lovely to us. Very recommended stay!! 😍

Staying at Roc Luxe Tulum was one of the best decisions for our trip. It was effortless to communicate with the staff through WhatsApp chat and they made amazing recommendations for food and outings. They helped us to find activities that were even better than the ones we had planned in the first place. We walked along the beach and thought Roc Luxe Tulum was easily the best spot out of all the hotels. The floating beds on the beach were amazing and it was the PERFECT location. It was within walking distance of most night life and food options and far enough from the beach clubs, so it wasn’t loud. 10/10 would recommend.

My stay with amazing. I was looking for a long time on which property to stay at in tulum beach and chose this one. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Mau and Julio were very accommodating and made the entire experience wonderful. The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to things. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the from desk on such a wonderful stay. The massages on the beach are great too!

The property is beautiful and located right on the beach (if you are staying on the luxe side). Rooms are a good size and had AC units. The beach club has stunning views and relaxing beds. The staff was super friendly but Julio went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The concierge is through Whatsapp and their response time was less than 2 minutes every time. The only thing was their shower products were not great so I would bring my own next time. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

MY WIFE AND I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE ROC IN TULUM AND WE MISS IT ALREADY! :( I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL FROM THE STAFF STARTING WITH OUR FAVORITE AND THE BEST NACHO TO, MARCOS, MICHAEL, MARCELITO AND ALL THE OTHERS. THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND TRULY MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THIS PLACE IS SO CHILL, CLEAN AND A PIECE OF HEAVEN. YOU TRULY FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD. THE FIRST NIGHT THE HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM WASNT WORKING AND NACHO WAS SUPER ACCOMMODATING HE UPGRADED US TO A BIGGER VILA FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALSO IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY SURPRISE AND NACHO AND THE STAFF DECORATED OUR ROOM WITH BALLONS, FLOWERS, CHAMPAGNE AND A BEAUTIFUL CAKE TOWER. I REALLY FELT SO RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE HERE. THE DECOR AND PLACE IS AMAZING RIGHT ON THE BEACH BUT THE STAFF OH MAN THEY WERE ONE OF A KIND! VERY ATTENTIVE EVEN AT THE BAR THE GUYS WERE GREAT. Very friendly staff! Reuban was the best! Helped us with everything we need, Right on the beach and close to all attractions. Nice rooms with eco decor. The bach service was great, with music, lounge chairs, umbrella, and food and alcohol service. Carlos served us all of our stay and was fantastic! The restaurant offers you a great free breakfast. We had the best time! Definitely coming back!!

It was great all around. The staff was great and helpful. The location was breathing and gorgeous. But there’s no service in Tulum at all. Make sure to confirm your shuttle service in advance for pickup.

This was a great place to stay in Tulum. Staying in the Jungle part of the property we had the best of both world- sleeping in the jungle and breakfasting on the beach, with a tuk tuk to transport us between the too when we didn't feel like walking! The day beds on the beach are great and it is a beautiful spot on the beach. Great location, in the middle of the north and south parts of Tulum the hotel is close to everything you need and want. Finally the staff are fantastic- from the waiters to the reception staff and management- everyone did that little extra to make the stay here special. I hope its not too long before I stay here again!

Staff is very friendly! Only downfall is that there is no restaurant at this location. However, there are 2 very close by. The room was huge and the mattress was very comfortable. We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay!! This hotel has the best service, placed in such a good area and the breakfast included is on top! The beach is so beautiful and the rooms at the hotel are outstanding! Only thing we missed was the option to rent bikes at the hotel.. There is a place nearby though that offer bike rentals.

It was my first visit to Tulum and I choose this unique hotel without much prior experience except relying on online reviews. It was a great decision. The electricity and hot shower and water and most importantly the AC was working non -stop in the extreme humid August month — after reading that a lot of hotels in Tulum offer non ACd rooms with some electricity for only limited time. At this hotel, everything was working properly and I was able to enjoy charging my camera and stuff and staying cool in the extreme hot daytime I loved how secluded the hotel was and felt like in the nature ( jungle like feel plus direct ocean view and access. The location was not far from some activities and shops (within walking distance). Beautifully designed rooms, amazingly comfortable big bed, soft bed sheet, color,decor, OMG the outdoor hot shower (the water is bit salty, but it is tolerable) under the sky, blue sky and night starts or anytime available! natural and eco feel of the entire place — all were spectacular and serene. And the hotel is right on the white sand beach. The whole staff was very kind, genuinely friendly, very kind people! I had an important request and room type upgrade, and they all kindly worked hard to make the guest most happy ! I am very grateful to all of them that they put into a very nice room!!!!!!! Thank you so much! the hotel staff! for their amazing service and their beautiful smiles everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel
