We rented 2 ocean front condo apartments for our six person group. The condos are large and well maintained, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. A minute walk away is a fantastic restaurant for lunch and dinner. The beach is beautiful, but suffers from the same seaweed bloom as much of the Riviera Maya coast. The quiet enclave in an area with huge developments all around it is still charming and relaxing.

Many guests from a family wedding stayed at Las Villas for a variety of periods. During our three weeks, Claudia, Lizbeth and the guy whose name escapes me were very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms and grounds were lovely. The beach was great for looking and walking, but it was difficult to enter and exit the water. That's why we only get 4 stars. Otherwise, we were very happy there.

I stayed at Las Villas for one week in July 2022. The location is amazing! The hotel is ideally located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum for excursions such as diving in the cenotes or ferrying to Cozumel, and it's also a short walk from the animal bay where you can swim with the turtles. The pool is very clean, and there is direct access to a very small beach. The staff was really professional and welcoming, and they had great recommendations for food places to visit. My room was clean and had everything necessary for a stay, including kitchen furniture, towels for the bathroom, etc. I had a good time. Recommendation.

We spent 12 days in this hotel in October 2022. The hotel is very nice and quiet with good parking and a fantastic private beach. Everything was very clean and staff was perfect, especially Lisa and Eleanor were caring and kind. The location is great near cenotes, biosphere reserve, pyramids and very funny tuum. Around 1 hour by car from Cancan International Airport. I suppose we will return there someday.

Definitely recommended if you looking for a beautiful and tranquil scenery with the comforts of internet. We enjoyed our stay, great place to work from and relax in front of a secluded beach, almost private.
