The hotel was great overall and we enjoyed our stay. However, we ran out of water during our stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided per day, and a few times I called the front desk but nobody answered. These are small things that could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

La habitación limpia, en recepción cuando llegamos no estaba nadie, llegamos a la 1 y no había habitaciones todavía cuando el check out es a las 11 am Pedimos se adora de cabello y no tenían Pedí cargador tampoco tenían Se me olvidó el cepillo de dientes y no tienen absolutamente nada de amenidaes para el huésped La ventana daba a edificios feos y estacionamientos Tenía VIP y no me tomaron en cuenta ni mi ascenso ni mi botella de tinto que decia Los elevadores no servían Mucho ruido de construcción.

This review is simply me stating the facts. First of all, there's construction going on at the property. I'm not sure what they're doing, but it was from early in the morning till late at night. I could hear it a bit with my door closed but it wasn't horrible. The water in the shower never got hot - it was warm at best. I stayed there 2 nights. After the 1st night the maid came and made the bed - that's it. No new towels in the bathroom, she didn't wash the plate or cup in the sink and didn't refill anything. It was nice to have a little kitchen but there wasn't a towel or paper towels, which would have been nice. I did appreciate that the room had a Nespresso, but the cleaning lady didn't leave new pods or creamer. I got some from the front desk, who were all very nice I should add. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was a good one. Except when I went to bed on Friday night I could hear a local loud music from a restaurant or something nearby. It went on until at least midnight. Would I stay there again? Maybe, especially if I knew I could get hot water out of the shower. The front desk said it should have been hot. It was a good location in Polanco with plenty of food and coffee shops within a very short walking distance.

el cuarto olía bastante mal, la cama no fue nada cómoda y no había ni toallas ni almohadas suficientes, ni siquiera un tapete para el baño. Lo que sí es bueno es la ubicación.

Muy malas instalaciones, todo bastante maltratado. Se oye absolutamente todo de los otros cuartos y de afuera (las ventanas no aíslan absolutamente nada). Construcción en la azotea que no cesó hasta las 9 de la noche y cuando preguntaba solo daban largas.
