When we arrive at the settings, we found out that the room assigned to us was given to another guess and therefore we were assigned to one that did not meet what we had reserved. Rodrigo, the property manager, called us to explain what had happen. He was so embarrassed and offered us a full refund. Since it was late at night, we expressed to him that there was no need to do so and to just find us a room in which our three kids, my wife and I would be able to fit and rest well. He was extremely kind and was doing his best to accommodate us. Even though he was not able to find us another room, he went above and beyond and was having frequent dialogues with us and wanted to compensate us for the trouble we had faced. The fact that he was communicating with us frequently, made us feel so comfortable that we would NOT hesitate to book this property once again. He ended up refunding us half but he did not need to. We were truly grateful for all his attentions. The room we stayed was truly beautiful and extremely clean. Thank you Rodrigo for being such an amazing host.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel that condo Was located in is very nice and filled up with great staff members. The beach in front is to die for. I asked to adjust my reservation slightly and Rodero condos helped me a lot. The room was gorgeous with amazing view and very comfortable bed. Very recommend this property!

Lugar muy agradable, limpio y la atencion excelente. Lamentablemente la plaza estaba en bandera roja pero con las albercas pudimos pasar un muy buen fin de semana, tranquilo y agradable. Muy recomendable.

Una estancia confortable la habitación cumple al 100 en comodidad lo de Nico malo fue el sargazo q le falta limpieza a la playa pero el estar en Cancún e un gran logro y una estancia i creíble

Me gusto El silencio en las habitaciones, la vista y la comunicación con la persona, No me gusto a mí parecer falta algo para cocinar como una mini estufa por qué solo hay microondas hay días que la alberca estaba muy sucia. Sin embargo volvería a ir.

Excelente opción para hospedarse. La señora de limpieza muy atenta, el gerente muy servicial, los permitieron entrar un poco antes de lo programado. Todo muy limpio y en orden. Definitivamente volveremos!

We stayed in the condo section, which means there is no front desk. Some people were angry in the reviews about the lack of service, but I was texted before our arrival with directions to get our keys and then someone came to greet us shortly after. If you know this ahead of time there’s no problem! The building is a bit older than the other hotels, but it has a beautiful Mexican style charm that we loved. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s location was perfect and on the quieter side of the strip. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and the staff was all incredibly friendly. Know that you’re not staying at a hotel with 24/7 room service or a front desk and you’ll be just fine. The hotel is peaceful and a perfect getaway.

Hola, una muy buena estancia, muy amables, solo pase 1 día, era nuestro ultimo día de vacaciones pero todo muy bien. Había visto que se batallaba con el check-in, pero creo es cuestión de comunicación, no batallamos nada y hasta la señora Judith nos dio chanza de entrar antes, muy amable señora. Tiene buena cocineta, para si llevas varias personas, esta muy bien, haces un buen mandado y listo. El Oxxo mas cerca esta como a 750 metros.
