Todo muy bien lo único malo es que hace demasiado calor y también los vecinos de alado nos pegaban cada vez que hacíamos cualquier ruidito o si poníamos música entonces esos nos hizo enojar un poco

La habitación está bien acomodada y tiene una vista muy bonita de la ciudad. Está en un lugar bastante céntrico y turístico. Está equipada con lo básico en vajilla y el lugar es muy muy lindo. Lo único es que la presión del agua tiene fluctuaciones

I They didn't change the towels, they didn't provide toilet paper, and when I went to speak to reception, they told me to leave a message through the app, but they didn't reply.

Habitación sin barrer, hace falta limpieza en piso de habitación, hay residuos de comida. La cama sin preparación, sanitarios sucios con residuos de cabellos y falta de lavado. Mesa sucia con residuos de alimentos.

A couple of hours before the check in we received notification that the apt was no longer available and they moved us to another that was further. The person that was bringing the keys decided going somewhere else thus my family was standing outside the property for a while. We needed clean towels after three days and they said we had to tell them two days in advance. The service was mediocre. The property was fine. Clean and easy accessible by taxi or Uber. Other family members also had a bad experience with the same company so I will stay away from them, at least the group operating in Mexico City

VH Properties failed to keep their systems updated, and I only discovered they were overbooked once I arrived at the reception desk to check in. The property manager has since stopped responding on WhatsApp, despite both Expedia and me attempting to reach her. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. Mistakes happen, but going silent and delaying a refund for a stay that never occurred is unacceptable. If you cannot honor a confirmed booking, the bare minimum is a prompt and transparent refund process. Get your business work in order.

Pésimo servicio, sobrevendieron la haitación que reservé y no me avisaron hasta media hora antes del check-in. Me mandaron a una zona más lejana, con una habitación más pequeña y más sucia, y por los inconvenientes que me causaron ellos se comprometieron en devolverme lo correspondiente a lo pagado de la primera noche. Ha pasado más de un mes y no me han contestado ni hecho la devolución.
