Es un hotel muy bonito, sencillo pero esta super bien la ubicación, la playa hermosa y todo el personal muy muy atentos, me encanto el desayuno riquisimo y sobre todo no se la piensen esta cerca del centro así que pueden ir caminando esta hermoso sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme pero por mas noches dos no fueron suficientes minimo 4.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, including the pool area, which was a great place to relax. The amenities and food were excellent, and everything contributed to an stress-free and enjoyable vacation. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Holbox!

Ubicación cerca del centro caminando 7 minutos, habitaciones muy cómodas, los desayunos incluidos con mucha variedad, todo muy limpio, excelente atención del personal,. NOTA: la alberca la cierran a la 7:00 y no le gustó!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The travel time to the island was very lengthy when you take into consideration your flight, transportation from the airport to the Holbox ferry (took us approx 2.5 hours) and then the ferry ride itself (about 20 minutes). It ended up being around a 14 hour travel day for us by air, shuttle, ferry and side by side! So very worth it. The villas were adorable, the only issue with us was our villa was upstairs and the stairs were difficult for my older mother (no elevators in resort). The staff was amazing, room was impeccably clean, food was fantastic and the entire villa was well groomed daily. Walking distance to the beach and downtown was doable, side by side taxis were available within minutes to take you into town if you did not want to walk in the heat. I would give 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone!

El hotel en general está increíble . Nos gustó mucho, tienes detalles pero nada grave que no puedan mejorar . Por ejemplo la televisión se apagaba a cada rato, fueron a checarla y ya funcionaba bien : pero para cambiarle teníamos que estar pegados a la pantalla, las almohadas un poco altas y duras para mi gusto, la atención de algunos meseros un poco seca, algunos con una actitud increíble . De ahí en fuera todo muy bien . La comida normal, nada del otro mundo , creo que podrían hacerla más rica . Aún así lo recomiendo mucho .

This place is wonderfully maintained. The staff is wonderful. Mike (Miguel) and his crew made our meals absolutely amazing. We got a room with a private pool and it was worth every penny. We also booked an affordable and wonderful massage. We met the director of the hotel who was very amicable. Very centric. The beach was wonderful. We will definitely recommend and go back.

Bonjour Nous sommes restées 4 jours et nous avons passées un très bon séjour, dès notre arrivée nous avions un souci avec la douche et en 5 min la maintenance la réparer. Chambre spatieuse et agréable, le personnel est gentil et avenant, le buffet et varié et très bon, je recommande.

L'hôtel est incroyable ! Le personnel est formidable, le lieu est top. Les 2 piscines sont très propres et grandes. Dans les 2 il y avait un petit bassin à hauteur idéale pour les enfants. La plage est parfaite. La nourriture très bonne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une piscine dans la nôtre. C'était top pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !
