I checked out before breakfast to catch an early flight but my stay was perfect. The hotel is truly a secret garden tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I arrived early and relaxed by the pool and read until my room was ready. The concierge also arrange for a massage at a nearby spa. If you are ever in Marrakech, you must stay here!!

Nous avons passé une nuit absolument parfaite dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccablement propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux. Le service était irréprochable, le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à nous aider. Temperatures were running even higher than normal so I msg'd the Riad prior to our cancellation date to ensure that the a/c was working well and was assured it was. The riad knew our arrival time because they arranged for our transportation. When we arrived the air in the room was not on (it was 112 that day!) When they turned it on, initially cold air was coming out but within 1 hour, no more cold air. Abraham offered to move us to a "better" room for an additional fee. The room was larger but the a/c unit could not handle the size of the room. We wound up sleeping on the couch because it was the closest to the a/c. We shared our frustrations with Ayoub, a different mgr, and he was completely customer focused. We had to move to yet a 3rd different room, but he assured us that the a/c would work properly and he delivered on his promise. The only downside was no a/c in the bathroom area so you had to shower quickly and then get ready in the bedroom. This riad could be amazing if they would do 2 things...upgrade the a/c in each room (there are only 6!) and improve the level of customer service. Ayoub is fantastic - as is the young lady that cleans the rooms and much of the property - and they are what kept us at the property! Ayoub was truly the one person who really seemed to care about customer satisfaction and would not only keep his promise but follow up to make sure your problem was resolved to your satisfaction. This place could go from good to great...

We have booked our Holiday for one week in Hotel Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden but unfortunately, the Room was very cold the Carpets and the Bath towels were very old the Restaurant is no Restaurant it was a room with a feu table no atmosphere, for me it didn’t look like a restaurant. At the Breakfast, there was no service we waited for 20Minuts and we couldn’t help our self’s Because it was a very small variety that we couldn’t eat after that we went out to eat our Breakfast. The Riad didn’t look like on the Internet, it's Small. The TV remote control had old Batteries you can`t change the TV Stations. The Terrassa on the ground and on the top floor had very poor furnisher. For me, I will give this Riad a maximum of 2 Stars. Unfortunately, after tow night we couldn’t stand it so we went to match better Hotel and also we lost the Money that we paid. In General, don’t believe the rate on the Internet and be Shure before you book online its your Monay!
