The Hotel itself is super nice and pretty well located. Quiet, nice breakfast, very nice interior, big rooms. You don’t hear anything from the outside. The air conditioning is great, necessary, and it works well. The staff is great and super helpful. You are south of old town but nothing is really far away. Plus we enjoyed the walk. The only possible complication is parking. It is a several hundred year old house and that was not accounted for when it was built. Finding parking may be a challenge - we were lucky but had to pay for two nights. It wasn’t much. They have a hamam - a sauna - but you need to book that a day in advance.

Our stay at Ksar Anika was exceptional from beginning to end. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious food. A special thank you to Ziad and Yassir, who looked after us so wonderfully and always greeted us with warmth and a smile. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful—elegant, authentic and full of character, perfectly capturing the spirit of Marrakech. Its location is ideal, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly sets Ksar Anika apart are the thoughtful personal touches and exceptional attention to detail. Laurent went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, making us feel less like guests and more like family. It genuinely felt like our home away from home. Our room, with its private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, was simply stunning and provided a peaceful oasis after busy days exploring Marrakech. The exceptional service continued right until the moment we departed. Being presented with a thoughtfully prepared lunch bag of sandwiches and fresh fruit for our journey was such a kind gesture and perfectly reflected the warmth and generosity we experienced throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Ksar Anika for making our visit so m

Exceptional stay! The property is pristine and perfectly located close to both the airport and the main town attractions. A massive shoutout to the amazing staff, who were so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing riad. Gorgeous property. Our room was spacious. Super clean. Great pool. Awesome breakfast. The service was out of this world. They will do anything and everything to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay. Close to all the souks/medina. You’re in the middle of it here. Marrakech and the area is extremely safe, despite your first impression. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel team were exceptional and their hospitality went above and beyond. The customer service was amongst the highest of standards, if you come to Marrakesh and want to experience the old city than stay at hotel Anika!

This is a perfect stay if you’re looking for a comfortable place that’s close to the centre but away from the noise. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre - about 10-15mins but it’s not too bad. The pool is really nice to cool off in. The staff are probably the best part of this hotel - every single one of them go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. The only small thing we would ask is stronger A/Cs. Apart from that, would recommend to anyone!

It was a very clean well appointed room. We had the Imperial room and it was spacious with a good functioning air conditioner. This was important as the temperature was 40 C. The staff was attentitive and gracious.

The staff at the hotel are exceptional Laurence, Ahmed provide a great service to look after you during your stay. We had a late flight home and they even prepared a lunch bag for the journey home.
