Hotel lives up to expectations. Staff are excellent. Riad very Clean. Room size was as expected in a riad and was roomy. Breakfast superb. Would definitely return and recommend wholeheartedly.

Riad tres propre, tres bonne cuisine et literie tres confortable. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, situé à 2 pas de la gare routière bab doukhala et station de taxi. 2ème séjour et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Un grand merci à toute l équipe 😊

綺麗なリアドでした。部屋の鍵がかかってるのかイマイチよく分かりませんでしたが、物を盗まれるような心配は基本的にないので大丈夫だと思います。行くまでの道の雰囲気が少し怖かったです。

El Riad alaka es mas bonito que las fotos, la habitacion esta muy limpia y el desayuno delicioso, tambien cenamos Tajine y era todo delicioso y de calidad ya que tambien comimos Al exterior y notamos la diferencia que la calidad d'El riad era mucho mejor, Mimoune y las chicas que trabajan son muy agradables y profesionales

Nice Riad with friendly staff. Location I would say is interesting. Lots of run down buildings around but the Riad is like an Oasis. It's about a 20 min interesting walk to the main square. Breakfast was good. No door on the bathroom was my only little complaint.

We stayed at the Riad in September. The Riad is lovely, in a popular area of Marrakech where you can enjoy the market and to bargain in the souk. It is ideally located in the center of the Médina. The Riad is perfectly clean and the employees are really kind and helpful. It is a typical propriety decorated in the pure Moroccan style. The bedroom was well furnished and decorated. The terrace on the top was really enjoyable. It is a pure moment of relax and happiness to enjoy the Jacuzzi by night. We decided to have diner twice. The chicken tajine and the couscous were delicious! We also appreciated the breakfasts that were typical Moroccan and varied. Thank you very much Malika!! Your food was extremely tasty. We really felt at home thanks to Aziz (Responsable for the guests) and Malika (cook). They were extremely helpful and friendly with us, giving us excellent advices. Thanks for the nice service!! It was a really enjoyable stay and we are gonna recommend this place without any hesitation!! The only negative points : No internet connection in our bedroom and on the terrace. We were really chocked by the behavior of the two French owners of the Riad (Pascal and his wife). They were not treating well the employees and Pascal’s wife was even screaming on an employee in front of the customers... this is definitely not a behavior to have when you are the boss of a riad/hotel.

We are pleased by the willingness of staff to help. We arrived at the Riad around 10pm due to the delay caused by the day trip and have to leave early next morning. During our 10 hour stay in the Riad, the staff prepared our dinner as well as breakfast and helped to hire taxi for us. The Riad is located at the edge of Médina with easy to reach many places. It is very crowded at night market outside. However, it is quiet inside the Riad. The breakfast could be improved.

The Riad is charming! Pascal, Aziz and their team were welcoming and very caring. From arranging airport transfers to the fabulous vegan meals that Aziz prepared just for me, the experience was exactly what we wanted. The location was in a more local area although close enough to a main road with taxis but being first timers and after exhausting days of sightseeing, we opted to dine in for three nights. Simply wonderful.

Très bon établissement.je conseille ce riad a proximité de tout bon accueil Aziz. sofian Malika.sont très gentils.serviable ainsi que les gérants aussi ..aucun bruit alors qu' il se situe en plein centre .. un jacuzzi hammam .massage et vous pouvez également manger le soir si vous le souhaitez petit déjeuner très bon a recommander pour un séjour à marrakech possibilité de tout faire a pied et pas très loin de l aeroport...

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights at this riad and we totally recomend it. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean and breakfast was amazing. We even had dinner a couple of nights there and the food was delicious. The location is not very central, around 15 min walk from the main plaza, and just at the end of an alleyway. However, it felt like a totally safe area, it was lit at night and gives you the chance to cross a more local market.

What a lovely find! If you are looking for a luxurious, quaint hotel where the staff truly cares about your stay, look no further. Rooms are extremely clean, bed linen changed every day, outwardly food and incredibly friendly staff. Having stayed in 5 stars cha in hotels such as Hilton and Sheraton, I would rate Riad Alaka higher any day.

A superb riad in the north of the medina. Great location for both old city and nouvelle ville. 20 minute walk to Jemma El Fna or catch a taxi 5 minutes away. The staff were very friendly, helpful and also cooked us some excellent food. Room very comfortable and tastefully decorated as is the whole riad. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

Wonderful location in the old Médina. So nice to merge with the hustle and bustle of the locals going about their daily business. Very obliging and helpful stafff. Make you feel at home the moment to step into the beautiful Riad . Would definitely stay their again .

Idéalement placé dans la Medina, Le Riad Alaka, est aux portes des Souks, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour séjourner à Marrakech. Notre séjour a été très agréable ! Le maître des lieux, Aziz, est d’une gentillesse sans pareil, attentif à toutes nos demandes et de très bon conseil. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Le Riad est magnifique, dans un style oriental qui dépayse immédiatement. Les chambres sont propres, nettoyés tous les jours (avec nécessaire de toilette, peignoirs, sèche-cheveux). Le petit déjeuner proposé est copieux. Nous nous levions très tôt le matin pour les excursions et le personnel s’adaptait et faisait en sorte que tout soit prêt à notre réveil. Excursions qu’Aziz avait pris soin de réserver pour nous et que nous conseillons vivement !! Nous avons pu profiter entre autre d’une nuit à Zagora aux portes du désert du Sahara, avec balade en dromadaire. Nous recommandons le taxi mis à disposition par le Riad Alaka pour les transports Aéroport / Riad, ce qui vous évitera de négocier des tarifs parfois farfelus.. Un séjour parfait, nous recommandons ce Riad, dans lequel nous espérons revenir pour un prochain séjour !! Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce moment et particulièrement à tonton Aziz !!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour au Riad Alaka. Aziz le responsable de l’hotel s’est très bien occupé de nous. Il s’est montré à l’ecoute, disponible, sympathique et de très bon conseil. Il nous a réservé une très bonne excursion à ouarzazate et dans le désert de Zagora au cours de laquelle nous nous sommes régalés et pour pas cher! Il nous a également réservé un taxi pour notre retour à l’aeroport. Il s'est plié en 4 pour que nous soyons satisfaits de notre séjour et c’est le cas. Concernant le Riad nous sommes restés agréablement surpris par son incroyable propreté! Pas un poil dans la salle de bain, pas de poussière au sol! Rien. Les draps propres et une bonne odeur dans la chambre. Du plus, le Riad ne possède pas beaucoup de chambre et possède un charme familial et convivial ou l’on s’y sent chez soi dès son arrivé. Si nous retournons à Marrakech nous réserverons de nouveau au Riad pour revoir notre «tonton» Aziz comme nous l’appelions. Je recommande vivement ce Riad vous ne serez pas déçu des prestations!!!
