I forgot my sneakers in the room so the read employees sent them back to me. They made sure I got them back. We were late for our hammer session due to a few problems on our way to Fes, but the staff was extremely understanding and kept offering us tea while we went to supper. They gave us the best advice on how to move around Fes and prepared tea for us on the rooftop terrace at 00. Am. Hammer is mandatory if you stay in this read because it is an amazing ritual which is well worth doing, we wanted to do it in a couple and they adapted to our requests. If you rent it in advance, bathrobes and slippers will be waiting for you in your room. I highly advise also to have a minimal massage as you will leave the spa area completely refreshed and relaxed. The icing on the cake of our holidays was returning to your room in your bathrobe after the whole treatment massage. Afterwords, we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room, and the casablanca suite was great! Breakfast is excellent, on another occasion I visited fez, I had dinner at the read restaurant, and the food was equally delicious!.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They prepared a variety of breakfast choices that made me taste the cuisine more than the norm. And then, the room was so large and clean. After that, it has so many advantages including the lovely hosts. Subsequently, the bathrooms were so large and well equipped. Aside from that, the place is also so clean. Then, the breakfast was so good and varied and it's so good.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was on a kind of mezzanine level with a large area. The room was clean. The night host, Hassan, was very nice and friendly. He took great care of us and made us feel at home. On the off with an unbelievable view of the medina. Breakfast was above average, very varied and all the goods were fresh and very delicious. The cook tried to make some variations of local food just so we could taste them at breakfast. Incredible. This read was great and these drawbacks are just minor. The bathroom on a different level is quite tiresome during the night. The room was discreetly noisy because it faced a street.

We had a great time here and would never hesitate to suggest read alma to all of our friends. We had to leave early for breakfast on the first day, but he brought breakfast in advance just for us. He then recommended the best way to navigate the medina without getting lost. I came back to see him waking up early even though my shift didn't start until the evening on both days. We're so delighted and really like our visit, his conversations with Hussein about Moroccan life and our experience at Read Alma. As part of our trip to Morocco, my sister and I stayed at Read Alma for two nights. The service and attention has been wonderful since we confirmed the reservation. Details, requirements, transfer requests, tips on local attractions, etc. were all provided to us well in advance. When we arrived, one of the employees named Hussein was there to welcome us with a big smile, mint tea, cakes, and additional suggestions for how to make the most of our time. The read is very conveniently located close to a major pick-up point for tours, taxis, buses, etc. while still being close to the blue gate. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking, and the rustic rooms are very roomy and comfortable. Hussein is the star of the show for us, attentive, friendly, and always looking to make sure we had a great experience.

The breakfast at Read Alma is fantastic to begin with! The small central square, which is also used as a breakfast area, is in blue and white with splashes of redbrown color, has a large number of plants and orange trees, and sparrows fly about. There is a lovely, cozy terrace with a wonderful view on the top of the read. We also enjoyed our suite, which had a comfortable bed, a ceiling that seemed like a work of art, a separate room for clothes, and a huge bathtub! Reads are so amazing, cool, and give such a sense of safety that we sometimes didn't even want to go out and exploring a few! Extra appreciation to the personnel! The cleaning lady was excellent, and the people were extremely kind and friendly! The brunches were also freshly cooked and ready to eat. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was that we would have to pay for coffee for 1, 5 euros per cup in our suite if we wanted to drink it. I was embarrassed when I saw the price tag on the coffee machine in the suite as a first-rate business management before working in numerous hotels around the world. However, if they changed their coffeeinthesuite policy, I would still go to read alma again and give them 5 the following time.
