Excellent characterful property. Our room was beautiful and quiet(also very dark with the shutters closed, so set your alarm if you have to be anywhere!) The bed was very hard to leave even for the breakfast waiting in the central courtyard. Ibrahim was an attentive and efficient host. He was polite and amusing and nothing was too much trouble for him. Just be aware that vehicles cannot get to the door so a short walk is necessary to or from a taxi. The riad is about a 20 minute walk through the souks from the centre of town. We had a great time and have no hesitation on recommending Riad Azrur.

Ibrahim!!!! The most amazing host you could ever have. His warmth, knowledge of the city and always being available for any little thing made our stay in Marrakech perfect. Our room was beautiful, quiet and a wonderful respite after a long day in town. Very quiet quarters. The freshly made breakfast every morning was a treat. I would definitely stay there again!

While it wasn’t exactly what we expected, our stay was excellent. We didn’t realize that the Riad was down a narrow alley, and several streets from the limits of where cars could navigate. Because of that, we did not stay out late, and tried to get back to our room before nightfall. Nevertheless, the location was convenient to many places, and the helpfulness and cordiality of the property manager, Ibrahim, made up for any shortcomings of the property. Upon arrival Ibrahim immediately put us at ease by giving us an orientation to the city, downloading a map that works in Marrakesh, and designating on the map points of interest and restaurants. What’s the new map on my phone all I had to do was follow the arrows and we got to where we wanted to be. He also helped me when I couldn’t get the train tickets to Casablanca that I had reserved in advance. He located a travel agent that was able to get me the train tickets that I needed on the spot. He also communicated for us with the operators of the day trips that we reserved, and adjusted the breakfast times to accommodate the Tour pick up times. He was incredibly helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was also in a great location, close enough to the centre of the medina without being too far away or too busy. Our host Ibrahim was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, very attentive and nothing was any trouble for him. He arranged a surprise for us on arrival which was so beautiful and he took the time to explain to us about the key locations and how to stay safe. He was brilliant. I would definitely stay there again without doubt

We stayed 4 nights. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Breakfast was fresh every day, especially the orange juice was delicious. The hammam was lovely and relaxing. Ibrahim took really good care of us, gave us advice on places to visit and eat around town. Lovely stay overall.

Ibrahim from Riad Azrur went out of his way again and again for us. Not only is the property centrally located and convenient for walking around the Medina, but it is beautiful with plenty of spaces to relax including a rooftop patio. Our flight arrived late at night and Ibrahim arranged for an airport pickup and, on our departure date, airport drop off (for an extra fee). He gave us a dinner recommendation when we arrived back late from a tour and went out of his way to offer help and recommend activities during our short stay. The spaces are lovely and Ibrahim is a wonderful host.

We stayed at Riad Azrur for five nights and had an absolutely lovely time. The riad is stunning, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Ibrahim was incredibly helpful—always available to offer advice, recommend places to visit or eat, and assist with anything we needed. He also arranged our transport to and from the airport. We had his mobile number and could contact him at any time, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and absolutely delicious. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a brilliant stay at Riad Azrur, when we arrived Ibrahim served us the most amazing mint tea and took the time to help us find our bearings on the maps whilst making great recommendations on where to visit. Our room was spotless and was turned down every day. The bathtub was an especially lovely feature to relax in after a long day exploring the souks. It was no more than a 5-10 minute walk to reach the heart of the souks. My partner and I both received a massage at the Riad which was worth every penny. The Riad was the perfect place to unwind and we would definitely stay again. Thank you to Ibrahim and the lovely folks who made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Mooie kamer en heel proper Behulpzame en vriendelijke gastheer Mooie gezellige riad Alleen het ontbijt vond ik iets beperkt maar dit is dan ook een traditioneel marrokaans ontbijt. Iets minder mijn ding maar dit is persoonlijk. Top verblijf en op wandelafstand van de medina

An AMAZING Riad with very friendly staff. The room I stayed in was like a home away from home. Clean and spacious. An extremely well decorated Riad in a great location. A special shoutout has to go to Ibrahim who made my stay in Marrakech that much easier with his recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. Would definitely recommend this place. 10/10!
