From the moment that we arrived and were greeted with mint tea we realized that we were in a great Riad. Everyone was wonderful. Unfortunately we were in a basic room as others were booked out but it was more than adequate. Breakfast was also great. One thing to keep in mind that it is very useful to have gps on first visit as while it is close to the square where the taxis drop you off, it is a bit difficult to find We would happily return.

Went with my sister and I for birthday trip. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made us feel safe. The Riad is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is so delicious.

We had a superb stay at Riad Jona AGAIN, we stayed there 10 years ago & we were keen to go again. They have the nicest staff, they are all just really nice people. The Riad is beautiful & there are so many nice little places to sit (with a bottle of wine) All the staff are very helpful, breakfast is great, the bedrooms are so lovely. It has a very central position, however it is an oasis of calm. We will definitely be back again soon.

Det beste med dette stedet er personalet. Hyggelig, hjelpsomme og rett og slett flotte! Rommet var koselig, riaden føltes som hjemme. Beliggenhet er perfekt. Kommer absolutt tilbake og bruker riad jona igjen. Eneste de kunne gjøre bedre på er frokosten, kunne fått litt mere enn det vi fikk servert.

Our stay at Riad Jona during our first trip to Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful. The riad itself is beautiful, and we truly appreciate the staff for their hard work in keeping the property exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was the breakfast. As pure vegetarians, we found the options limited since the same set Moroccan breakfast was served daily. A little more flexibility or variety for vegetarian guests would have made the experience even better. That said, we understand this can be part of traveling, and we managed by bringing some of our own food. Another point worth mentioning is the airport transfer experience. While transportation was arranged, we were left to find the riad on our own and had some difficulty navigating the alleys, with limited help from people nearby. We did eventually find our way, but having a clear landmark would make this process much easier for future guests. For example, directing guests to walk toward a specific shop in the main alley and then take the opposite alley to reach the riad would be very helpful. Overall, despite these minor challenges, we sincerely appreciate the effort and dedication of everyone at Riad Jona, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality during our stay.

Overall, the experience is awesome. We got a free upgrade to a suite along with one best staff service possible. The hotel and room was beautiful. It is also located near all famous attractions. Please note that Raid is located 5 min away from the roads and no vehicles can drop you directly at teh riad. Regardless, I highly recommend this riad.
