Urban Apartments and Rooms- Studio Apartment 1

To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the rules of private accommodation.
1. For long staying guests, the host will change your towels and bed linen every 7 days.
2. The host is at your service during your stay for all information and help. Feel free to dial 801 for any queries. You can also reach out to the phone number of the guest provided to you.
3. The host is not responsible for the guest’s belongings, but will do anything in his or her power to protect and warn the guest of possible dangers.
4. The guest is not allowed to bring easily inflammable and explosive materials and objects with a strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. Moreover, the guest cannot bring heavy electric appliances without the host’s permission and for every appliance found in the apartment, additional expenses will be charged in accordance with the estimated power consumption, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
5. The main door will be locked from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for your safety. Please inform the host in advance if you would like to enter or leave between this time. During other times, please use a key card provided to you to enter and exit the building.
6. Please take good care of the room or apartment, and turn of electric appliances and taps when not in use.
7. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation into the room or apartment after 9 pm. In case unregistered persons or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the host have the right to cancel accommodation.
8. The guest who causes damage to property or loss of items on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of damage. At the day of his or her departure, the guest is obliged to invite the host to check in his or her presence all rooms and house appliances to prove that they are not damaged or missing. Only then is the guest allowed to depart.
9. At the day of the departure, you are required to leave the room by 12 p.m. so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests. Please return the keys upon checking out. The access cards for the door needs to be returned as well. Loss of the access card will lead to a fine of Rs.200.
10. In case the host or agency cancels accommodation due to violation of house rules, the guest will be required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
11. If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.
12. Please be mindful of the noise. We don’t expect our guests to be silent, however, sound can travel a long way, so please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.
13. No Parties. Out of respect to our guests and Neighbors, our property is not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them.
14. No Pets.
15. No Illegal activities.
