We travel a lot to Amsterdam for work and this is by far the coolest place we’ve stayed. Great local community and dinning options. It was also close to grocery stores (Albert H. and LIDL). Also, I felt safe walking to the train/tram by myself, even in the late night hours. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to AMS and its surrounding areas.

We spent four lovely days in Amsterdam and our stay at YAYS definitely contributed to it. The location of the apartment we found to be very convenient to get into the center and the museum area, as the tram station is right in front of your door. The building is typical old Amsterdam, hence the steep and narrow staircase, so yes it would not be ideal for someone with mobility issues. The apartment was spacious enough, the bed and sofabed were huge, bedding was clean, the toilet and bathroom modern and clean. Overall, just like the pictures. There was some noise inside as the road at the front is a busy one and also although it's marketed as non-smoking I think we did smell a couple of times weed outside our room. All in all we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, we would happily stay there again.

Bien situé, calme, appartement neuf avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne ( N°10). Tram et bus à côté. Pas très loin du centre, bref tout bien! Ne pas craindre les marches et vaisselle minimale.

Satisfait par les prestations, hormis le défaut de connexion internet ( wifi sans internet..🤔..!) Ai signalé au Short stay bureau, accueil très sympa mais problème non résolu..pas grave, nombreuses possibilités en ville..! Nous allons sans doute revenir au même endroit...!!

My husband and two teenage sons stayed recently at this property, we loved it! Fabulous location, great bars and restaurants on the doorstep, apt had everything we needed, most comfortable bed and sofa bed that I have ever slept on! Very clean, compact, good shower, overall I would def stay again and would highly recommend. Roberta Trattoria practically next door is really good... and is Milo on the corner, Tram stop practically across the road.... had a great stay.

The stairs to the property are very steep and narrow so not suited for anyone with mobility issues. Apartment itself is exactly like the photos, good size for short stays- no where to put away clothes that we could see but not the end of the world. Kitchen well equipped and bed very comfortable
