This property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities including washer/dryer in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend! Loved the bed and bedding 😊

Clean and cozy room, the kitchen is well equipped and the room was very quiet. Modern hotel and friendly owner. Will return again without hesitation !

Check in was excellent with staff helping us finalize arrangements for a couple of tours. Room was scrupulously clean. Lots of clear instructions for appliances which were all very useful. We didn’t prepare any meals, apart from breakfast and the kitchen utensils etc were more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment’s are also very close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The property is in an excellent location for Twizel and Mt Cook. The room was very clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped. The person on Reception was very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip around New Zealand, and this was honestly the best one of all. Amazing location, beautiful property, very clean, well maintained, and everything felt very well kept. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall stay was excellent. Rob was also super friendly and very helpful with my late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Twizel.

A fantastic place to stay. We had a room on the second floor which was fine as there was a lift as I was in a moonboot. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was dark. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
