The property was lovely and spacious. The views are truly exceptional, both of mountains and sea. Our host was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of useful information. She also has stocked the house with plenty of food to make your stay even more comfortable! Thank you very much, would recommend for anyone visiting the kaikoura area!

The Cubby House is strictly NON smoking.
Although we clean after you depart we ask you to respect the property & leave it as you found it = clean & tidy.
We ask that you rinse then pop all used pots & pans, dishes, cutlery etc in the dishwasher. after using.
Please DON'T make the beds - your on holidays, just leave as we strip and change them ready for the next guests.
Please DON'T wash towels/linen when leaving - just put all towels that are used in the basket.
If you happen to break or damage something please tell us... we certainly know accidents do happen and we would simply replace it so our next guests don't miss out - we don't bite!!
NOTE: The base tariff is for 1 person or a couple.
By definition a couple is 2 people, (couple share a bed or 2 people in 2 seperate rooms).
If you have more than 2 people in the retreat then each additional person staying pays $50 per night REGARDLESS OF AGE (0-99)
NOTE:
There is a baby cot in the single bedroom but we also have port-a-cot if needing for upstairs etc. There is high chair please let us know when booking and we will have it all set up and ready for you when you arrive.
If you require anything else whilst here - please let us know - we are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible!
By staying at our property you agree to the above and agree to leave the property and accommodation house as you found it (all clean and tidy) and that you agree you will relax whilst here!
