The property was located in an excellent location, close to Queenstown shops and Gondola. Minimal hills to walk into town. The accommodation was huge and could easily fit 6 people with the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms, living area and separate kitchen/dining area. All appliances (kitchen/laundry) were modern and worked well. The check in was easy and well communicated through email. Would definitely recommend to families.

Convenient location - about 10-15 mins walk away from town. Comfortable stay and each room had an en suite bathroom. Amenities mentioned were available.

This place was amazing for our family holiday. 3 rooms all with an ensuite. Heated floors in the ensuites. Great kitchen and living room. Easy and free parking. Walking distance to the town centre where there is almost no parking available

We had the 3 bedroom apartments. Very clean and heaps of room. One bedroom upstairs had aircon/heating. The two bedrooms downstairs only had heating. 3 bathrooms were great. The stair case needs painting but everything else about the property was excellent. Bed spreads are a bit dated but that is being picky. Washer and dryer was great to have. Excellant location and a short flat walk to the city centre. We stayed for a week and loved it. We would stay again.

Location is great, have stayed here 3 times now.Units could do wig a little spruce up inside as they are just starting to show signs of general wear and tear, but still very spacious and laid out

Really large house, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. 10 min walk to the waterfront and 2 small supermarkets close by. Also easy access to skylift. Accommodation was clean and was easy to communicate with.

Great location, easily walkable to downtown Queenstown. Easy communication and check in. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs, all with their own bathroom - great unit for family with children or friends traveling together.

Stayed here before in one of the upper apartments(no 2)which we found to be a lot quieter than the lower one we stayed in this time. The wooden walkway really creates a lot of noise.

Excellent location, an easy 5 minute walk to town. Beds were spacious and comfy and the apartment was warm and cosy. Could hear a bit of street noise and the walls are a bit thin but would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend the Koura Apartments
