Location was good but the address little bit confusing, For privacy concern all the bathrooms and bedrooms there's no lock but the rest absolutly perfect.

The house was like what was shown in the photos. Requests and any issues were quickly respond. Would definetly recommend to my friends if they are going to New Zealand, groceries and other things were like a 20 min drive away and near Queenstown airport too.

Property is neat n tidy, close to the other amenities. The bed was uncomfortable in bed room close to the wntey way, need a better mattress..Also the property was advertised as having two bathrooms. Was disappointed to have just one toilet n bathroom.

The Florence residences stood out from the crowds despite the numerous mega developments in singapore. It is a development that brings lifestyle right to your doorstep without compromising interior decor or layouts. The estate has a variety of unique amenities, including wellness salt pools, water tipping buckets, trampoline, Sparring rings, hydrotherapy cove pool, aqua bike, and aqua moonwalker, to name a few. There are 128 facilities, although some are not truly facilities, it has a lot to offer, compared to other condos and projects. The water elements within the estate really captivated me, as they will undoubtedly give you a resortlike feeling of home. Although it is not directly next to an mrt station, it is within walking distance of two mrt stations, and there are numerous restaurants and cuisines nearby that this location is wellknown for. Excellent for your own stay, due to the facilities and amenities, and also excellent for investment, close to many excellent schools, the future silicon valley, and the new mrt line that is currently being built.

This place is unquestionably one of the top locations in the north east! Lovely personalized tfr presents for the owners of this lovely resortlike condominium that includes club membership classes and 128 facilities. Yes, 128 facilities! Im very fortunate to have both a pool view and a sunset view from my own unit. The Florence residences is located in hougang, a mature town that offers something for both young and old. We are close to many excellent schools, a 15minute walk to hougang mall, a 10minute walk to kvan, a 5-6minute walk to future cross island mrt line, etc. We are also spoiled with major supermarkets and convenience stores, numerous neighborhood malls, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants in hougang, kovan, and seangoon. For those who drive, tfr is a minutes drive from major highways like kpe, tpe, and cte. Its time for car servicing or an emergency situation? At Defu lane, just a 5minute drive from tfr, there are several workshop locations for car repair and service.

The key was given with moderate defects, nothing unfixable. Large lagoon pool that looks beautiful day or night, like a resort. Have special facilities like punching bags / sparring ring, quiet, breezy unit with kovan landed enclave. More greenery being planted and growing with the wet season coming and care given by new management. Friendly and diverse neighbors with different interests from cooking to watching collecting. Many food options nearby. Last minute groceries are available at minimart right at side gate and blk 703 despite more wellknown ones located at kovan market. By 2030, exit 6 of hougang cross island line will be within 600 m.

Jarak antara blok dan blok sangat dekat. Saya benar-benar dapat mendengar aktivitas malam pasangan di seberang blok. Saya tinggal 3 blok dari jalan utama, tetapi masih dapat mendengar kebisingan jalan raya, terutama pada malam hari ketika saya berada di sana.
