Incredible stay. Great location, very clean and comfortable, walking distance to town and great staff that make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this place, better than the motels. we stayed in unit 10 down by the stream. Great BBQ setup and quiet and relaxing.

Karen suggested we upgrade to a motel given the torrential rain we were experiencing. It was such a blessing to have a fully self contained unit, especially with the kids.

I stayed in one of the ensuite rooms, in a lovely bush location with a stream. Everything was in walking distance. Definitely on my list when I return.

I got a great and comfortable stay at one of the gypsy cabins. Great communal areas, especially in the bathroom block with the wonderful showers, heated towel rail and heat lamps in each cubicle. The sinks and toilets were all kept really clean as was the kitchen areas. I already recommended it to my family and will definitely stay there again.

We had a good time staying at hakuna top 10 holiday park. Great location, lovely bushwalk, quick and easy access to the town center and the carrot adventure park.

I have a very pleasant experience while staying at this hotel. I got a lovely grounds, friendly staff, and smooth check-in and check-out. Especially when you wake up next to a running stream in the morning, you will be able to take a shower here.

We stayed one night in a motel unit and everything met our expectations. We received a friendly welcome and had a very comfortable stay. Ohakune is a beautiful place and we were glad we chose to make a stop there.

We stayed here recently for 2 nights to visit the Tongariro National Park. The studio we booked was pleasant and had a single room which contained the kitchen, dining area and bed room, with ensuite bathroom. The facilities were good for self catering, as there was a double hob and a microwave, as well as kettle and toaster. Outside there was also a brand new gas bbq to be shared with the rooms next door. There was a small table and two chairs on a verandah, as well as a large bench table by the bbq. My only complaint would be that the fridge was noisy, so I needed to wear earplugs at night but I usually find this is the case with hotel fridges. The surrounding area is beautiful and well worth visiting. If you were staying for a long period you may find this room inconvenient as there was no wardrobe or drawers to unpack into, but as we only stayed 2 nights we would not have unpacked anyway.

Stayed in one of the motels, which was just as good as a nice hotel. Great service. Great facilities - especially if you travel with kids. Only thing was the limited use of wifi, which was a bit of a nuisance.
