Sunshine Valley Two Bedroom Villa

Food and consumables:
We provide milk and coffee, as well as salt, pepper and oil for simple cooking. We sometimes leave our own cooking condiments in the cabinet, but please do not use them due to allergy concerns.
Also, we provide most of the detergents (e.g., hand wash, laundry powder, shampoo, etc.) for free. We are using a grey water system, so only "Eco" detergents can be used, and please mind whatever you put into the toilet, thank you.
Laundry and water:
The laundry area is shared, and there are two washing machines, please only use the left one. However, unfortunately, it only performs “hot water” washing (60 degrees), so we recommend you take showers at a different time as laundry, in case the hot water is not enough.
Heating:
We have a central AC for the whole area and floor heating in the master bathroom.
Safety:
There are two fire alarms, one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are kept in the kitchen too, they are in the cabinets on both ends. Also, the first aid box is in the master bathroom. The photos of all these emergency supplies are listed below, please make sure you locate them when you arrive.
Sheep:
Sometimes, some of our neighbour’s sheep will come over to our place, and they will be completely kept away from the living area by the fences, so it is very safe. However, please do not touch or feed them, because they may die from eating inappropriate food. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
check out:
The latest check-out time is 10am. When you leave, please make sure all the doors are locked because we sometimes are not at home. Thank you.
Before you check out, please tidy up the room and clean all the dishes you have used, or a cleaning fee up to $300 (does not include damaged items) may be applied.
Other services:
Please inform us in advance of your arrival if you need any of these:
We can have up to 5 guests on our property, so you may bring some more people if your booking is not 5 people yet. (Please note: extra fees will be applied to extra people) However, the bed for the 5th person will be a single bed, we can put this single bed in either the master room or the living room. This extra bed can be also provided for 4 guest bookings, so please ask.
