Our loft room was wonderful. Room were clean. Laundry facilities were handy. Location was good and walking distance to main centre. Easy check in process. Lovely stay.

Unique accommodation right next to the water and close to the Dunedin train station. The place is absolutely amazing and we are so impressed with the quality appliances such as Asko washer and dryer. The only thing is that it would have been perfect if electric blankets were provided.

Lovely spot to stay. Only one issue. The train tracks. There wasn’t anywhere close to go over. So we used an Uber.

Excellent apartment, very responsive and helpful staff (thanks Shelly!), easy access to town centre, good parking out front (time-limited). Area itself is OK - it's in the middle of the harbour, but close to wildlife cruise station and easy to get to Otago Peninsula.

We were impressed by the great layout and cleanliness of this small apartment, it had everything we needed and more. So close to town with free parking. A home away from home.

This accommodation was an amazing find for us. Located just outside the center of Dunedin this uniquely styled two story apartment in a reclaimed factory building was just stunning. Personally we are keen on the industrial look of the apartment and the building in general. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was almost sad that we had to move on to continue our adventure through NZ. Everything was there in the apartment that one would need - including a full kitchen and laundry. Nice view of the harbor. We also had a walk around the building and the owners have placed a lot of art work depicting the buildings history - including the industrial coffee roaster in the lobby. Parking was simple just across the street (and free). The walk to the city center was just down the street and over the bridge to the train station. Have to say that this was one of our best stays in all of NZ.

Quirky three-level loft-style apartment with harbour views. Spotlessly clean and modern, the only downside was the ventilation during our hot weather stay, and train noise!

Proximity to the CBD was great as driving in the city is a nightmare so great to be able to walk. Apartment is really funky and would recommend to others.
