There was a small glitch on checking in due to our room not being ready at the nominated time. An apology from the Manager was given the following morning along with a free bottle of wine. Thank you very much. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. Bed was great and there was a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking was excellent! An allocated space for each apartment and it was also undercover and secure as was entry into the building. Some nice places to eat within walking distance and there is a hop-on hop-off tram stop very near to the apartment building. Would stay again without hesitation.

Really easy process, particularly considering I was a last-minute booking. I needed an extra day and that was organised quickly and efficiently even though Christchurch had on three days of major sporting events within 7 minutes walk of the apartments and I was seeking an extra night during those three days.

Great location on the tram line and within walking distance to river markets. Slight hiccup with check in, but after a phone call to after hours manager it was sorted promptly. Lovely unit.

Sauberes Apartment. Gute und zentrale Lage. Ausstattung der Apartments ist gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

The free parking was absolutely amazing, being with a car and wanting to take advantage of the very walkable city center nearby, without the hassle of searching and paying for street parking. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Our only regret is having so little time here, but will definitely be returning and hoping to stay here in the future!
