This one made us feel pretty lucky. A very nice family owns a few modest flats close to the Old Town area of Trondheim. It's not difficult to find, a small grocery store is close by, and public transportation is close by. Our apartment was downstairs in the house next to the homeowner. Whatever the condition was, it was completely renovated. Nice bathroom, full kitchen, storage, and security at a reasonable cost. The familys 16-year-old showed us the flat and they were coming to U. I. in two days. She was eager to see the results. An excellent place to be without the hassle of traffic and parking in town.

There is not much parking at this area, despite the fact that there is a small grocery shop close by. We are fortunate for this. The 16 year old girl who presented the family to us when they went to Norway in 2 days showed us the flat. The condition is excellent, including excellent bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, storage, and excellent security. The property's condition was completely renovated, in spite of whatever it may have been.
