Fantástica opción en Panamá. Piso alto con vista inigualable hacia la bahía de Panamá. Edificio provisto con piscina, buen gym. Departamento dotado con todo lo necesario. Anfitriona muy amable Atendió todas las inquietudes inmediatamente. Seguro volveré nuevamente. Muchas gracias!

Wonderful stay in this luxurious condo! Fabulous ocean view! The kitchen is all well equipped. There are two bathroom, which makes it convenient for the family. There is a swimming pool on the 11th floor. The 2nd floor the building is like a art museum. When you cross the street, you're right at the cinta costera walking path. Our host is very friendly and accessible. This place enhanced the quality of our trip.

This apartment is in a superior location in a great neighborhood, near a park, with outstanding restaurants and convenient markets in and around the building. The furniture is beautiful, the apartment is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The landlord was very proactive and responsive in communication. The place is clearly deserving of a stellar rating I highly recommend for you to stay here. A few tips for the landlord could help future guests; there are no paper towels which most guests don't usually plan on bringing or buying. There are two thermostats, one by the entrance and the other in the bedroom. The bedroom one was locked from control but fortunately dialing down the entrance unit to a cold temperature cooled the bedroom off and maintained it over night. Lastly, this may or may not have happened once but we stayed for 3 nights, left for 3 nights then came back for a second stay so I'm not sure if there was a guest in between our visits but the shower drain cover was clogged with hair.

We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing.

Well maintained and stocked apartment with wonderful ocean views. However, communication with the owner/manager left a lot to be desired. When I entered the apartment, I noticed that the bedroom was missing its television. I reached out, and received a fairly speedy, friendly response from my host that s/he would hasten to install a tv in the bedroom - sadly, the host went eternally silent and there was no subsequent follow-up. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and relax.

The hallways and elevators are dark. The numbers in the elevators did not work so it was hard to know which floor you were on. It is in a great location; walkable to restaurants.

Das Apartment im noblen Viertel Marbella befindet sich in der 47. Etage eines nicht mehr ganz neuen Hochhauses an der Av. Balboa direkt am Meer. Größe und Ausstattung sind sehr gut und die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht grandios. Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, 24h-Rezeption oder Fitnessstudio, der WLAN-Empfang ist sehr gut. Kommen wir zu den Schattenseiten: das Gebäude steht direkt an der 10-spurigen Av. Balboa mit starkem Verkehr rund um die Uhr. Leider hat das Gebäude keine Schallschutzfenster, was bei der Lage und Preisklasse eigentlich ein No go ist. Entsprechend laut ist es die ganze Zeit und das Einschlafen wird zur Kunst. Wir würden Panama City auf jeden Fall empfehlen, aber uns nächstes Mal eine ruhigere Unterkunft suchen.

The apartment smelled very moldy/musty for my entire stay. Using the AC and opening windows didn't help. Also the apartment was noisy due to heavy traffic on Ave Balboa you could hear the noise at night even with windows closed. I would not stay here again.
