As your Host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these simple house rules. Thank you in advance, and truly appreciate your cooperation.
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home, as this is a non-smoking unit. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Cooking and Dining amenities are provided, but kindly wash them after use.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- No pets allowed.
- Feel free to eat at the dining table in the living room, but we ask that you not eat in the bedroom.
- NO inappropriate anti-social behavior.
- PARKING: You can check for availability of parking space and the fees with the Reception located at the lobby of the tower.
- No EXTRA ADULT or children, as overnight visitors.
- All damages or missing items must be paid for by you before departure.
- For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched ON when they are not in use, or when you are going for the day. This includes the air conditioner, TV, induction cooker, range hood, and other small appliances, including lights. When using phone chargers, remember to unplug them once your phone is fully charged.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- You can gain access to the pool or gym via the concierge desk located at the Pebble. The fee/charge to use the lagoon pool or gym is PHP 500-/person, payable with the concierge.
- Late checkouts may be allowed with prior permission from the host. However, in cases which other guests will be arriving the same day, late checkouts may not be available.
- The unit will be very clean on your arrival, and I ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure.
