Overall the check in process was great. Keep in mind this is a suite so the manager emails you the details on how to get in which is very clear and easy. Location is awesome nesr plenty of restaurants, shopping airport and MOA.

Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back.

The location is excellent and the condo was in a very clean and nice condition. They need to improve the quality of towels and increase the number of them.

Don't expect service. You can't get anything. All services are subpar, to put it mildly, the position is in a nice building, and I will never reserve a room again if you're looking for a place to sleep but nothing special.

This is my last visit to the bristol. I reserved a two-person room. Oh, I was greeted warmly by Ms Verna, who was rather helpful. Let us check in early. That was the last time we saw her! After we paid, there was no clean service! The room was in poor condition, the air conditioning was not loud, and the internet connection was not reliable.

Located in a nice area of bgj. The condoservice apartment has a potential. It is not up to par with Scott or the Philippine diamond residences. We reserved a 2-bedroom suite that on their website said it could fit five people but in reality, it only has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and a sofa, so it only fits 4 people. Its good for a one-night stay. Pros 1. Friendly staff 2. Great location 3. Large water dispenser 4. Great gym, good pool area. Cons 1. Smelly toilet 2. Cockroaches in the kitchen 3. Stove needs to be cleaned as it is very rusty. I would not believe that cooking in the kitchen is done. 4. No doorknob in the master bedroom 5. We asked for 2 extra pillows, blanket, and towels, and they replied in email. We are four people in the apartment with only three towels. 6. They have 2 remote control for the to and console, which is understandable but there should be written instructions on how to use it. As one is for volume, the other is for channel switch. And if you press the wrong remote for the channel, it will be back to checking the source. 7. There is no kitchen towel or hand towels in the bathroom. 8. We attempted to ask for an extra bed even though it was charged, but they did not provide. 9. On their website, the price is very
