We want to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Please follow these house rules to maintain a safe and comfortable environment:

Early check-in/Late check-out: P200/hr
Lost key: P300
Lost Avida Guest Pass ID: ₱500


- No Smoking – Php 10,000 fine (per City Ordinance).
- No Excessive Noise – Php 3,000 fine.
- No Parking in Unauthorized Areas – Php 3,000 fine.
- No Pets – Php 3,000 fine.
- No Littering – Php 3,000 fine.
- Wet Clothes in Common Areas – Php 3,000 fine.
- Lost Guest Pass – Php 500 replacement fee.

Pool Access: Exclusive to unit owners every Sunday. Closed every Monday for preventive maintenance.



☻ Coffee pods are not part of the complimentary items and are priced at ₱50 each.

☻ Any plan to extend should be communicated on the night prior to check-out day, if there is no guest next to you.

☻ Please only use microwave-safe food container to avoid damage and do not leave unattended while in use. Remove any foils before heating the food.

☻Fridge has small freezer. We recommend adjusting the thermostat, only if necessary.

☻Please don't make a horseplay inside the unit, and please take care of the things in there. For a deliberate misuse and handling that will cause breakage and damage, charges will apply.

☻ Please make it sure that whenever you leave the unit or gone to sleep, have the door double lock. It is safer that way. There are CCTV's in the hallway but what good a CCTV can do if we lose valuable things.

☻ No Fishy or Smelly Foods – Please avoid cooking or storing fishy or overly smelly foods.

☻ Guest Responsibility – Any violations of house rules are the guest’s responsibility and must be covered by them.

☻ We will try our best to have you a pleasant stay in our place, so communication is important that we may address your needs within our capacity. And in return we both can give positive reviews.

☻ Please understand that we may not be able to respond immediately to late-night messages. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible the following morning.
