Pls notify us of your check-in time 2 days prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 16:00. The check-out time is 11:00. We also offer guaranteed early check-in or late check-out at additional charge. Late check-in after 6:00 PM incurs late check-in fee of 1500 PHP. The apartment can accommodate the max. occupancy indicated on the listing using existing beds. If you require a rollaway bed, it costs 999/night. If the apartment is left in a dirty condition at any point guests are liable to pay additional cleaning fee of 15000 PHP. The kitchen, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. must be all left clean. Charges shall apply if the cleaning conditions are not fulfilled. Cleaning service for a fee is available at any time. Parking is free in certain areas. Dedicated parking space is 300,-PHP/night. Dispose your garbage daily to prevent pests. Turn off air conditioner, TV, appliances, lights, & water taps if not in use/ if you go out. The utilities are excluded from the rental rates. The utility fee is at 799 pesos/night is due upon check in. If the utility consumption is more than this amount, guests will pay the difference at checkout. For stays 14 nights or more, actual utility consumption will be billed to you at check out. When cooking, turn on the range hood. Use the chopping board when preparing food. Smoking in the apartment & at the balconies are forbidden. If you disobey, your penalty is 50000 PHP. Water heater is under the bathroom sink. Guests must familiarize the safety & security rules, & are responsible for their actions & safety. If accidents arise from guest’s actions/negligence, guests shall hold the owners, hosts & its employees free from any liability. If the property damages, breakages, additional costs, expenses are higher than the safety deposit, guests agree to indemnify the host. Guests acknowledge having fully understood the house rules & the terms and conditions of the rental including the condo regulations & must fulfil them.
