ELEVATOR CARD
1. Located on the table inside the unit
2. Required only when going up
3. Not needed when going down to the lobby

KEYS & ACCESS CARDS
1. Lost Unit Key: ₱1,000
2. Lost Elevator Card: ₱1,000

(Fees cover replacement and reprogramming costs.)

GUEST COMPLIANCE
1. Guests must strictly follow all building rules and regulations.
2. Any violations may result in penalties imposed by the building administration.

GENERAL REMINDERS
1. Always keep the door securely locked
2. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
3. Maintain low noise levels, especially during quiet hours
4. Be respectful and considerate of other residents
5. Any damages found during checkout inspection will be charged to the guest
6. Please report any issues or concerns inside the unit immediately
7. Dispose of trash properly in designated areas only
8. Do not remove any items, linens, or equipment from the unit
9. Use all appliances and fixtures properly and responsibly

STRICTLY PROHIBITED
1. No smoking or vaping
2. No pets allowed
3. No visitors allowed
4. Undeclared guests will be penalized ₱1,000 per person once reported by the roving guard
5. No parties, events, or loud gatherings
6. No illegal activities inside the unit or building premises
7. No tampering with smoke detectors, locks, or building safety devices
8. No hanging of clothes or towels on balconies, windows, or hallways
